We, Shiken Manila Corporation, do believe totally in our craftsmanship and quality of materials being used. We guarantee all our work for a period of TEN (10) YEARS from the time it is delivered to your clinic.

If upon initial inspection, our product fails to meet your expectation, return it to us immediately. We
reserve the right to check the returned product if it follows the instruction provided at job order, and
if it fits the original impression supplied. If we are at fault, the remake or adjustment will be free of
charge. You need to surrender the old product in exchange of the remake product.

We strictly implement start-to-finish policy. We do not accept or adjust cases that other laboratory
has started on, as we cannot extend warranty on that case.

Shiken Manila has an initial inspection of a particular case.
